How early should I arrive for my spa appointment?

Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to relax, change (if needed) and fill out necessary paperwork.

Should I avoid the spa if I am pregnant?

Absolutely not! We have prenatal massage which addresses specific needs of women during pregnancy.

Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatments?

It's completely up to you, although undergarments aren't necessary. But keep in mind, therapists are completely trained to drape towels and sheets discreetly over any areas of your body not involved in treatment. Your privacy will be protected at all times.

Should I remove my jewelry?

It's best not to wear valuables, but rings may remain in place.

Is there a limit to the number of spa treatments I should plan for one day?

No, we will accommodate as many as possible.
