Staff Selection Change

We are here to service you better.  If you feel another member of our staff would better serve you, or you just want a different point of view, please let us know.


 

Scheduling/Cancellation

We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving so you will be sure to get the appointment you desire.  We would appreciate 24 hours for cancellation of appointments.  Weddings and special occasion parties or groups will need to be paid for in advance.


 

Arriving Late

If you are more than 10 minutes late, it might be necessary to reschedule. Though we will try to accommodate you, sometimes it is impossible.  Please understand, we need to respect the time of the next client scheduled.


 

Refund Or Exchanges

We do not refund the cost of any service provided.  Please allow us to correct the problem.  In the case of purchasing a product, we will exchange it for the appropriate product.


 

Payment

Service fee is to be paid in full on date of service.  We accept cash, personal checks with proper identification, VISA, Mastercard & MAC.  A $25.00 fee for returned checks will be added to the bill.  Wedding payment taken with credit card when appointments are made.
