Bridal Agreement
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. We are so pleased you have chosen our salon to assist you in preparing for your big day. The purpose of this agreement is to establish and confirm the services that need to be rendered for you and your wedding party. This agreement, along with all deposits, must be returned to the salon Wedding Coordinator, Chelle Petit, as soon as possible to secure all needed dates and times with our service providers.
A deposit of one-half of each service will be required from each person receiving services, and either you or those individuals may call or stop in and pay. The deposits will be placed as a credit to each person's individual account, and it will go towards the wedding day services. The remaining balance must be paid at time of service. Deposits and service prices do not include gratuity.
After receiving this signed agreement, Chelle will place everyone on the appointment schedule, and reach out to the bride via phone or email to schedule a meeting to discuss details and deposits. Any changes or cancellations must be submitted via direct phone call AND email, no later than 14 days prior to the service day. All deposits are non-refundable for any services not cancelled 14 days prior to the service day. The individual signing this contract may permit one other person to authorize or submit any changes to the salon wedding coordinator.
On the day of service, it is imperative that each person arrive on time for their scheduled services. In the event of lateness, we ask that you notify the salon as early as possible. If a member of the wedding party is tardy, our stylist may or may not be able to accommodate the new arrival time. If the scope of the contract cannot be fulfilled due to client tardiness, services may be reduced; however, clients are liable for the deposited amount. If a wedding party is more than 1 hour late without contacting the salon, it is the assumption the clients are a no-show. This will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments made for the contracted services.
I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this contract. I agree to submit all deposits due within 72 hours of the scheduled meeting with the wedding coordinator. I agree to be responsible for all members of my party or group. If any person whom I have confirmed an appointment for should cancel without proper notice, or fail to appear for their appointments, I understand that I will be forfeiting those deposits.
Recommendations for the bridal party
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. It is best if the party arrives together.
- Please be considerate of our other guests in the salon.
- Please arrive with clean, dry hair, free of any styling products.
- Do not flat iron hair.
- Wearing a button-down shirt is suggested for updos and down dos.
- Please remember to bring all accessories (flowers, veils, etc.).
- Please remember that all prices do not include gratuities, and gratuity is cash only.
